Wash Away Thirst is a community of car wash owners and clean car enthusiasts coming together to do something good. Every year World Water Day is celebrated on March 22 and this year we are asking car wash owners and clean car enthusiasts to partner with us by making a donation to our campaign in order to bring clean water to people in need.

The money we raise will be used to build a water project in a rural community in Subsaharan Africa or Southeast Asia. To learn more about the solutions charity: water uses click here.

Since Wash Away Thirst was founded in 2009, almost $40,000 has been given for water projects in Guatemala and Africa.

Why Water?

Because, clean water changes everything!

Did you know there are 663 Million people on the planet who don't have access to life's most basic need? That's right, 663 million human beings-just like you and me-struggle to find water every single day. That's nearly 1 in 10 people worldwide. Or, twice the population of the United States.

When a community gets clean water, lots can change. It can improve health, decrease medical expenses, increase equality, give girls more time in school, and give women the chance to grow food or earn income.

How Do I Get Involved?

It's actually quit simple. In just 2 steps you can make a difference.

Step 1: Click Here to Donate through our my.charity: water campaign page. Donate any amount you wish but the suggested donation is $100 per location for car wash owners and $30 for clean car enthusiasts.

Step 2: Share your support and the my.charity: water link with everyone you know! Send it to fellow car washers, share it on social media, send an email blast, etc. The more people that give, the more money we raise, and the more people that get clean water!
